SSML3 Classic (3420dev Archives)

SSML3 is an experimental recreation of JustSimplyWild's QSML3 v3 (discontinued - link redirects to showcase version) made on the Scratch engine.

This is perhaps an interactive animation, although it's a reactor simulator of its very own. The handcrafted visuals (every little corner is looked after with great .svg detail) involved a lot of reenactment and symbolism, both of which I eventually sided with in this project. It yet is expected to be ported to Godot 4 (in 3D form, I promise) as SSML3X - don't confuse it with this one - in mid-September 2026 (rough estimate).

You can play the final MIT/Scratch Foundation-published build on TurboWarp, if need be or wishing to play the HTML5/WebGL build in your web browser. Google Chrome and Safari for macOS appear to be the most suitable ones. Firefox and Microsoft Edge aren't great for operating the DMR2. The entire game is also less than great on potato-battery PCs: mobile/tablets, Unix builds and pre-2020 computer setups, among others not specialized for gaming. Hardware acceleration is highly recommended for gameplay.
